Booking Calendar

Payment, Check in, Check out & Other

  • Weekly change of bed linen and 3 towels per person are included in the travel price.

  • Tourist tax, electricity, water and gas costs are included in the travel price.

  • Check In from 4.00 pm

  • Check Out until 10.00 a.m

  • A deposit of 50% of the full price is due on the day of booking, the rest 14 days before agreed arrival.

  • For the final cleaning €250 is to be paid in cash on the day of arrival.

  • A security deposit of €400 in cash is due on arrival for possible damages. This will be returned on the day of departure, provided that no damage has occurred.

  • Smoking is only allowed in the outdoor area and not in the rooms of the villa.

  • Pets are allowed for an extra cost of €70 per pet and stay.
